Hi!
We are Thin Within coaches, Heidi Bylsma-Epperson and Christina Motley.
Join us on a journey of the heart, mind, and body for 8 weeks starting the week of March 9, 2023.
If you are a woman of faith and know that diets aren't cutting it,

Be transformed by the renewing of your mind
lIn the Bible our God has told us a lot about the role our mind plays in what we choose to do. We want to think God's thoughts after Him and, in this way, experience the "Mind of Christ" that the Apostle Paul promises is ours in 1 Corinthians 2:16. In our Thin Within: Fresh Wind, Fresh Desire coaching class, we teach the tools and strategies to do this very thing. As we learn and practice, we will begin to think differently, our desires will change and our actions will follow!

Without a diet, Thin Within's Keys to Conscious Eating give guidance about experiencing peace with "normal" food and eating. This peace leads to becoming our natural God-given size.

Normal Food for a Normal Life!
1. Eat when your body is hungry.
2. Eat in a calm environment by reducing distractions.
3. Eat when sitting.
4. Eat when your body and mind are relaxed.
5. Eat and drink only the things that your body loves.
6. Pay attention only to your food while eating.
7. Eat slowly, savoring each bite.
8. Stop before your body is full.

Frequently Asked Questions
We know that you may still have questions. Here, we try to answer the most frequently asked questions.
It depends on how many people sign up and carve time out to come LIVE. We do record the calls, but the greatest benefit is seen in attending LIVE!
We aim for only an hour for each, but we ask our participants to reserve 75 minutes on their schedules.
We record all our calls and make them available on Mighty Networks only to those who are enrolled in this session. Once we start another coaching group session (two or three times a year), we delete the recordings so no one else has access to recordings for your session other than those who were enrolled at the same time.
No! We do not use Facebook at all any more for our coaching groups. Thin Within is able to host a community on Mighty Network because we charge for our courses and classes. People purchasing our courses and classes causes us to be able to provide a home on the internet for our community. We have a spot reserved just for this coaching group session that will be accessible to participants a week before we start.
The recordings are available only until the next cohort starts. Your access to the material on Mighty Networks or at the Thin Within Academy is accessible typically for a year.
We will average 3 or 4 lessons each week in the workbook Fresh Wind, Fresh Desire, which you can download and print off or purchase in print form on Amazon. Plan on spending 3 to 5 hours each week on homework.
